You realize there are more than one active fitblrs who work out with me regularly or at least HAVE worked out with me, right? Are you completely clueless? That workout was very much TODAY’S workout, done this morning, by me, with a spotter who is also on tumblr.
I know this might be hard for you to grasp, but I’m a 28 year old office worker who was not born naturally athletic. I don’t post selfies every 20 minutes because I don’t have to advertise or justify what I do to anyone else. I have joint and HGH issues and I work around them. If you seriously question the weight I can lift because I’m not “ripped and shredded”, 1. You’re fucking clueless how much time and volume it really takes to get large, and I mean actually big when you’re drug free in your late 20’s and 2. You’re welcome to step up and outgun me any time. Until then, go back to running your sad little “asses” reblog with no followers and enjoy spending the rest of your Friday nights on dates with your left hand. There is no middle finger big enough for progress hating illiterate fucks like you. There are plenty of videos of skinny-ass, “not shredded” little boys lifting more weight than I do on YouTube.

Had I don’t know nothing ok the seens my uncle is a body builder and who came third in Scottish body building comp and I have my cousins friend as boyfriend that are also bodybuilders and there both in there early twenty’s and one of them came first in a body comp but even better one of my friends came 2nd in the under 21 comp and he is 18 and are a lot more larger and built than you so don’t give me the excuse of your age counts because it really doesn’t and I’m sorry but I have been lifting for coming up for a year now and I have noticed a huge difference in mass and definition and my sad little life that funny Seen’s I’m about to start training for the Royal Marines in may which also my cousin is in and I’m 18 compared to you who’s is in there early twenty’s in a office job wow your living your life keep that up your fucking robot and I don’t can that I have no followers tumblr is shit and I probably can’t out lift you but I bet I have gotten a lot more definition than you so FUCK YOU.
